Becca McVicker is a Registered Dietitian based out of Columbia, South Carolina. Originally from Rhode Island, she moved to South Carolina in 2012 to attend Clemson University. She graduated in 2015 with a B.S. in Biology and in 2017 with a M.S. in Nutrition. She then moved to Savannah, Georgia to complete her dietetic internship through Georgia Southern University, where she specialized in School Nutrition. She now work in her first full-time job as a dietitian at Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia, SC. At the hospital she spends half of her time as an inpatient dietitian, and the other half of her time as an outpatient dietitian. She counsels patients on a very wide variety of topics, but she most commonly is referred patients for weight management. She also owns her own business, Balance by Becca, where shes take on 1:1 clients and provide virtual nutrition coaching for weight loss.

Sara Hoffman, MS, RD, LDN is a clinical dietitian at the Institute for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery at Abington Jefferson Health in Pennsylvania. She has been a practicing dietitian for 9 years and has been specializing in bariatric surgery and weight management since 2015. She received her undergraduate degree from Immaculata University and a MS in Human Nutrition from the University of Delaware.

Erin Thompson MPH, RD, LDN, CDE is a Registered Dietitian with over 19 years of experience counseling a variety of populations as well as mentoring dietetic interns. Erin graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition, Fitness and Health. She completed her Dietetic Internship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, and received a Masters of Public Health degree from the School of Rural Public Health at Texas A and M University. Over the course of her career Erin has been a Certified Diabetes Educator, a Certified Nutrition Support Clinician, completed Level 1 Certification in Adult Weight Management and was a recognized Future Woman Leader at the Lovell Federal Health Care Center in North Chicago where she served as the MOVE! Weight Management Coordinator from 2010-2016. Erin currently works as the Outpatient Bariatric Surgery Dietitian at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances in Tyler, Texas counseling patients before and after weight loss surgery as well as leading webinar and live support groups. In addition to practicing dietetics, Erin has been a passionate group fitness instructor for 17 years. She currently teaches Les Mills RPM, SPRINT, Body Flow, CX Worx and Barre at two local gyms.
