Registration Open: CDR Obesity Certificate Virtual Course, May 2021
Registration is now open for the Commission on Dietetic Registration’s “Certificate of Training in Obesity for Pediatrics and Adults.” The November 2020 cohort graduated 174 participants and the January 2021 cohort concluded last week.

- Pre-work access begins Monday, March 1
- Pre-test requirement due Monday, May 10 by 5pm CT
- Final post-assessment exam due Sunday, May 30 by 5pm CT

This new, comprehensive CDR virtual Certificate of Training in Obesity for Pediatric and Adults course focuses on foundational concepts in weight management science and evidence-based practice to build knowledge, skills, and competence in pediatric and adult populations. This course includes required readings; assessments; live, interactive virtual events; and, an final post-assessment. Be prepared to complete all components of this course online by deadlines.
Cancellation Policy: Once the prework modules have been accessed, a refund will not be issued. CPE hours will be awarded for the prework modules and the live virtual event. The tuition for these courses is non-transferrable to another course. A $75 administrative processing fee will be required if a registration is cancelled before accessing the prework modules.
