Eileen Stellefson Myers, MPH, RD, LDN, FADA
Consultant, Speaker and Author
Eileen Stellefson Myers is in private practice providing individual and corporate nutrition and wellness consulting in Nashville, Tennessee. A registered dietitian for over 25 years, her work consistently focused on wellness, sports nutrition, weight management and eating disorders working in outpatient hospital, medical office and grocery store settings.
Eileen has lectured and published on motivational interviewing and effective nutrition counseling strategies at the local and national level. Eileen authored the WM DPG CPE article "Motivational Interviewing: guiding clients through behavior change," published summer, 2008 in the WM DPG Newsletter. She is also the author of a manual for counseling clients with eating disorders titled "Winning the War Within: Nutrition Therapy for Clients with Eating Disorders," which is in its second edition. Eileen led a 2009 teleseminar for the WM DPG members for an audience of over 500 members.
Julie F. Schwartz, MS, RD, CSSD, LD, ACSM - HFS & CPT

Julie Schwartz has extensive experience in developing and presenting education materials and workshops in areas of health promotion, lifestyle change, nutrition, sports nutrition and physical activity for individuals and worksite health promotion programs. She received her M.S. in Sports Nutrition at Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA and a B.S. in Health Education/ Health Promotion from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL. In both graduate and undergraduate coursework, Julie took extra coursework in exercise physiology and exercise sciences.
Julie currently is Coordinator of Nutrition Services at Emory Bariatric Center in Atlanta, GA, which offers a full spectrum of weight management services including surgical and medical interventions. She also maintains a private consulting practice providing consultations and programming for individuals, groups, and corporations in areas of health promotion, nutrition, physical activity, and wellness coaching. Further, she provides CPE workshops and presentations in wellness coaching in obesity and overweight. Julie has over 25 years of experience working with individuals and groups in wellness, weight management, nutrition, behavior modification, and personal training. Last April, Julie presented at the WM DPG 2009 Symposium in Dallas, TX on "The Coach Approach to Weight Management: Evolving from Dieting to Sustained Weight Management." She has also presented at 2009 The Obesity Society Annual Meeting on "Coaching and Motivational Interviewing."
